All of my sacred tools are handmade by Latin American artisans and carry spirit and powerful energy to assist you on your path. Each piece is unique and made with elements and materials of nature, so there may be some minor differences between the one you receive and the one(s) in the photos and video.
The body of this Kuripe is made with serpentine rock originating from the Machu Picchu region in the sacred valley of Peru. This magical stone is able to regulate psychic energy and mood swings, calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and protect against negative energies and influences. Serpentine stone is coded with ancient wisdom.
The Eagle head connects us to the spirit of this majestic power animal with an 'all-seeing eye', always able to zoom in on the small details and perceive the full picture without illusion and delusion. The Eagle symbolises wisdom, intuition, courage, strength, honesty, truth, groundedness, healing, resilience, leadership, vision, creativity, and so much more. This incredible bird flies high and is connected to the air element, however, it has strong legs that keep it strongly rooted in the earth. The Eagle is also connected to the Solar symbol, so it can be linked to all of the Sky Gods. Eagle teaches us to surrender to the will of the divine and allow ourselves to flow on the wings of Great Spirit. Its spirit is often called upon to assist in shamanic practices and rituals. Eagle and Condor both come from the East, the place of the Rising Sun, and teach us how to break down our limits and trust in our potential to reach higher and higher.
The tool we use to serve Rapé is just as important as the Rapé itself. Each Tepi and Kuripe in my shop is handmade by Peruvian or Brazilian craftsmen with materials and elements that have unique properties and qualities to assist in our healing practices. The tool and the Rapé join forces and work as a team. It is important to understand that we too are medicine and part of the team that comes together when working with sacred plants. We have to look after ourselves as such if we want to lift ourselves and those around us higher. We have to do the work. The plants aren't there to do it for us. They are our teachers and guides, but what matters most, is how we apply the gifts they bestow upon us to our everyday lives.
